About

In fourth grade, I took after-school classes at Dr. Herbert Benson's Institute for Mind Body Medicine in Boston. It was there I first learned the power of meditation, exercise, and whole grains. Fast forward nearly 20 years, and wellness is still a defining part of my life. So much so that while working full-time in management consulting for five years, I obtained my certification in Integrative Nutrition and started a nutrition & wellness counseling business on the side.

At its core, my love of wellness stems from my belief in its ROI: when we take care of ourselves in order to feel good, we are able to show up in the world as the best and most productive versions of ourselves. Who doesn't want that?

Wellness is a powerful thing and there has never been more information available to us. However, the health & wellness world has also never been as crowded and confusing. The former consultant and current business school student in me has never appreciated, nor craved, data more. As I found myself studying the science and research studies behind health & wellness practices, I knew others would benefit from what I was learning.

In a world where so much is blindly adopted, believed, and trusted, I want to empower you to ask questions, review the research, and direct your resources towards the things that actually work.

Welcome to Data-Driven Wellness.
